Integrity. Honesty. Respect. To Jungho and me, these words are anything but cliché. These words are the foundation of our company. They are paramount to everything we do, whether in our external relationships and client projects, or internally among the Architech team.
As a company, we are also growing by leaps and bounds. In the five years from 2006 to 2011 we achieved a 412% growth in revenue, and in the last year alone our team expanded by nearly 100%. That kind of growth in size can be tricky to navigate, and we’re learning our lessons along the way. Despite – and perhaps because of – this rapid growth, Jungho and I have stayed the course by remaining inflexible in one area: we will absolutely not compromise on Architech’s foundation of integrity, honesty, and respect.
When we started Architech in 2004, we recognized the need to establish Core Values that would serve as the moral compass for the company. Our Core Values are:

Committing to our Core Values has served us well as we’ve built exceptional, long-term client relationships and an Architech team that is second to none in our industry.
Along the way, we’ve also discovered that not everyone is prepared to accept or embrace our Core Values, and we’ve parted ways with those who have chosen to act in contradiction to these values – departures initiated either by us or by others. We look at these tough experiences as opportunities for lessons learned, and in that sense, something we can be grateful for.
At the end of the day, we want to be proud of our work and of making a positive difference for clients as well as for our team members. And that’s why our Core Values and a foundation of integrity, honesty and respect are non-negotiable. This is what our team and our company stand for.
